The primary function of this position is to provide facilitation, analysis, design, and execution of solution architecture for International Healthcare (payor and provider) domain and ensure it is leveraged. The LSA role will require making strategies, solutions and sales presentations to potential business heads. This role requires a combination of excellent solutioning mindset, good commercial sense in structuring deals, and excellent customer facing skills. The role involves estimation and negotiation with business and to lead an initiative to deal closure and the transition to the delivery organization.
**Responsibilities**
- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in international Healthcare space to help them raise their performance to new heights
- Work with internal teams to build the solution proposal
- Front end along with BD/Sales and contribute to deal conversion
- Be aware of international Healthcare market trends/changes/competitive landscape
- Deal with CXO level and their second line to sell our value proposition
- Own a deal from assignment to closure and work with assigned sales staff to create the ideal winning proposal and execute on all presentations, submissions and internal approval processes
- Define principles to guide solution decisions
- Define models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decision
- Create, document, and communicate the integration approach of all the components of the solution
- Research, analyze, determine capabilities and propose solution alternatives that address specific business needs and product/service strategies across Lines of Businesses.
- Develop road maps describing the evolution of solution portfolios from current state to future state
- Ability to clearly communicate solution and Solution decisions internally and with the customer throughout each project
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and familiarity with Healthcare industry including BPO and transformation solutions.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust, confidence and intellectual integrity with all partners
- Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery
- Lead by example, influence and shape outlook and attitudes to facilitate change from a tactical to a strategic oriented enterprise.
**Qualifications**
- Graduate (Science discipline)
- 10+ years’ experience in international Healthcare (payor and provider) or Insurance domain
- 5+ years’ supervisory experience
- Solutions, BPO and Transformation experience in international Healthcare
- Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with a neutral English accent
- Should be able to work on a flexible schedule
- Demonstrate strong project management skills
- Demonstrated results managing/ influencing/ member of virtual teams and serving as role model/ mentor
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to effectively translate and present solutions in business or management terms
- Pragmatic, articulate, persuasive and able to develop, sell and drive solutions
- Visionary thinker that can anticipate future Healthcare trends and offerings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
- Very good problem-solving abilities and innovative approach
- Energetic personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
