Are you a passionate and dedicated ECT seeking an opportunity to work in a beautiful Private School in the Eastern Suburbs?

We have part time position available for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher. Flexible shifts to suit your family / personal life.

**Offering**:$46-$50 per hour + super

**Responsibilities**: As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
- Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
- Collaborating with a team of educators to design engaging activities, ensuring children's individual needs and interests are met.
- Promoting health and safety practices within the preschool environment.
- Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.

**To be successful in this role, you should possess**:

- Bachelor degree in Childcare
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
