As a symbol of Italian luxury, FENDI is dedicated to creating unique and exclusive experiences for its clients.
We are looking for a Luxury Client Advisor to join our team at Fendi. As the Luxury Client Advisor, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our most valuable clients. You will be the face of the brand and will play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring that our clients have the best possible experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with high-end clients to build and maintain relationships
- Identify new opportunities for client growth and nurture stronger relationships with existing clients
- Drive revenue growth through selling to clients, upselling, and cross-selling
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Consistently provide personalized service and advice to clients, based on their individual needs and preferences
- Manage and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work with the store management team to ensure a seamless client experience and that all customer-facing policies and procedures are adhered to
- Keep up to date with Fendi's product offerings, promotions, and events
- Ensure that the store is merchandised to a high standard and provide feedback on the range and stock levels.
- Participate in store events, client events, and any other opportunities for client engagement
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury sales environment or a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships with clients
- Strong sales skills and the ability to drive revenue growth
- Passion for luxury products and the fashion industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
**Salary**: $56,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
