Your Role

As a Trade Advisor, you will:

  • Engage & Advise: Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently presenting and promoting JMACX products and services, helping trade partners and retail customers bring their 4WD projects to life.
  • Support Sales & Operations: Assist with quotations, orders, workshop bookings, and general trade enquiries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-Solve & Communicate: Provide expert advice, resolve customer queries, and maintain strong relationships with trade clients and suppliers.
  • Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of JMACX's product range and services to offer informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales, workshop, and operations teams to deliver efficient and reliable service.

What We're Looking For
  • Passion for the 4WD lifestyle and the great outdoors
  • Experience in sales, trade support, or customer service (automotive or trade background highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organised, reliable, and motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Dear Inventory Systems
  • Current driver's licence
