Only About Children **Brunswick West** is a warm and inviting childcare centre for children to learn, grow and be inspired every day. We have three outdoor play areas with plenty of space for children to explore, create and lead their own play. We love to connect with our local community through excursions and activities that feed into the children's interests and learning. We are looking for a passionate Assistant Director to join our team.

**About The Role**:

- Be a positive role model through coaching and mentoring team members.
- Ensure every child is able to engage with educators through meaningful & open interactions.
- Ensure ongoing, professional and timely communication between the campus and families.
- Ensure the campus is safe for our children, team, families and visitors.
- Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework.

- Diploma/Adv Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
- Working with Children Check
- Experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of relevant Early Childhood frameworks & regulations
- Strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations
- Strategic and innovative thinking
- Strong resilience with the ability to adapt to change and face challenges with a positive mindset
- Experience in building and maintaining positive team culture
