Secondary Caregiver Role

As a Secondary Caregiver, you will assist the Service Director in delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care. This includes:

  1. Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
  2. Supporting program compliance to ensure high-quality service delivery that exceeds industry standards.
  3. Building strong relationships with the school community.
  4. Engaging in play activities with primary school-aged children.
  5. Developing Coordinator skills and taking ownership during School Holiday periods.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm (After School Care).
