At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for a Project & Change Coordinator to join our team of highly-credentialed consultant's onsite at a leading telecommunications organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project data through the project life cycle to ensure all data is safe and secured to hand over to operations at project completion.

Maintain schedule systems on a weekly basis to ensure project status is accurate and timely

Preparing, updating and validating forecasting and cash flow systems on a monthly basis to allow for Program Manager input

Engage with external stakeholders to ensure compliance to processes and procedures.

Administer the work load management tools for the team.

Define and/or adhere to project control standards.

Determine integration points and dependencies.

Measure and monitor progress against the plan to provide informed project reporting.

Participate in quality and/or project control management reviews.

Participate in governance meetings.

Provide reporting, insights and briefings for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience Required:
Previous Project / Program coordination experience essential.

Sound knowledge of Program and Project Management processes

Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Telecommunications or other qualifications/industry experience as deemed suitable

**Change management exposure - highly regarded**

**Experience setting up processes and putting together an integrated schedule**

Relevant industry/technology certification is highly desirable, PMBOK, AIPM and others.

Skills in the use of MS Office, SharePoint
