**Company Description** 1300SMILES Springfield Lakes is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a DA/Receptionist on a Casual or Part Time basis**

As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded DA/Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:

- Greet patients and visitors.
- Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist our skilled dentist during various dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
- Provide excellent patient care and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven dental experience in a reception or dental assistant role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Available 3-4 days a week including Saturdays.
