Experienced Test Lead required to set up and manage Testing within a medium sized business.
- **Test Lead | 6 + 6 month Contract Role | Financial Application**:

- **Canberra based | Some WFH Flex - 2 days in the office**:

- **$900-1000/day | Urgent Requirement | Start ASAP**

As the Test Lead you would be working within the BAU team to support the changes that have come from a transformation program. You will need to set up the testing process and manage any defects and that may flow through to the business. You will need to possess excellent soft skills such as communication skills and stakeholder management skills. The majority of the team are located in Canberra although business users will be spread throughout the country.

**Key Skills and Experience...**
- Experience leading and motivating test teams in a highly results oriented environment.
- ISTQB Foundation Level
- Relevant tertiary qualifications including industry certifications or 5+ years of test management experience.
- Proven experience with quality assurance testing, including manual and automated.
- Test strategy and execution
- Test planning development and delivery
- Implementation of test automation frameworks
- Defect Management from testing
- Reporting of testing outcomes
- Excellent oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, but also a strong team player who works well with others.
- A quick and resourceful learner, able to pick up new concepts swiftly and hit the ground running, manage your time effectively and produce high quality outcomes efficiently.
- Ability to build successful business relationships, influencing at all levels and facilitate quick and efficient decision making from others.
