**PBI Reporting Team Lead**

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced PBI Reporting Team Lead to join our committed strategy team. Working across multiple internal teams but closely with our Executive and Data Team, this role is designed to lead, drive, improve, and innovate our Power BI solutions, linking short-term deliverables to long-term strategic business objectives. This includes:

- Providing ongoing leadership and development to the reporting team.
- Owning driving the data product roadmap
- Partnering with various stakeholders to gather technical specifications and convert the data into insightful business reports and dashboards.
- Effectively managing multiple projects at any given time and proactively developing initiatives to automate new tools and techniques.
- Administering a quality control process that ensures governance is adhered to.
- Provide information and data management support to users.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Qualifications in Business, Information Technology or related discipline
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong appreciation of Project Management, specifically Agile
- Ability to develop reports and train users in PowerBI.
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
