Traineeship - People & Culture

Carrington is a not-for-profit center of excellence for retirees located in Camden, and has been providing state-of-the-art services and accommodation for independent living, residential care, and community care since 1889. We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, dynamic person with admin smarts to join Carrington’s People & Culture team on a fixed term full time basis whilst completing a **Traineeship**studying **Certificate IV in Human Resources Management**(up to 22 months).

As a People & Culture Trainee, you will join a supportive, collaborative team, and over the course of your traineeship will develop skills in P&C administration, recruitment, learning & development, Work Health & Safety and compliance.

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- Dedicated to undertake and complete Certificate IV in Human Resource Management (BSB40420)
- A team player who is versatile, intuitive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to delivering a high level of support whilst maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Positive and resourceful with effective interpersonal and communication skillsConfident and capable using systems and technology

This position would be ideal for an HSC school leaver or someone who is wanting to change careers with a **genuine interest in starting their career in People & Culture**, looking to make a difference in the aged care industry.
