Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Analyst, Residential to join our Sydney team. You will support the Residential Procurement team in providing timely and accurate analysis, reporting, and delivering insights and decision support for the Residential business.

Please not this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Full Time Contract

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
The Analyst will need to maintain a record of what each project has spent on several goods and services over the past 3 years and provide benchmarking analysis to help projects make better, more informed decisions. This data will need to be collected from several different sources, including, purchase orders, invoicing, contracts, internal stakeholders, and suppliers. This data feeds into tools built in excel and Power BI.

**Cost Analysis**: The Analyst will support the Procurement team in completing detailed cost analysis that can come from supplier tenders or other data. Analysis to include topics such as Total Acquisition Cost, Make Vs Buy, Return on Investments etc.

**Data Cleansing**: The Analyst will work with the Procurement team and wider business in cleansing system data that may be incorrectly categorise, this could be across several operating platforms.

Other ad hoc work will be required as required.

Your point of difference

To be successful you will have a Procurement and/or Finance degree, knowledge of business tools/systems and property, Construction or Manufacturing experience

Attention to detail, proficiency in Excel & Financial modelling and an understanding of technical accounting concepts is desirable

Management accounting and forecasting (desirable)

High level communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills

Structured and organised

Able to digest large volumes of data

Willingness to learn

Well developed analytical and problem solving skills

Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Enjoys teamwork and working autonomously
