**The Role**

As a **Clinical Lead (Key Personnel)**, you will:

- Oversee **clinical governance**, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and the _Aged Care Act 1997_.
- Lead a team of nurses, therapists, and carers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and implement **care plans**, incident management systems (SIRS), and clinical policies.
- Provide hands-on leadership in dementia care, medication management, and restorative care.
- Travel to service locations as needed to support care delivery.

**Essential Requirements**
- Current **AHPRA registration** as a Registered Nurse.
- **Aged care experience** with deep knowledge of compliance, SIRS, and clinical best practices.
- Proven **leadership aptitude**—ability to mentor staff and drive clinical quality.
- Strong communication skills and alignment with our values of **ethics, dignity, and service**.

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience with **dementia care**, restrictive practices, or multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with **aged care funding models** and accreditation processes.
