This highly engaged finance team are seeking an energetic and resilient Accounts Receivable Officer to complement their tightknit team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual who will thrive in an everchanging and fast paced environment.

About the role: *
- Process and collect weekly / monthly rental fees and quarterly utility charges.
- Receipting and bank reconciliations for relevant accounts and monthly account statements.
- Ensure all new residents are entered correctly and documentation is complete and correct.
- Implementation of best practices to ensure timely cash collections.
- Work with the Asset Services team to ensure all new and vacating residents are correctly charged all expenses incurred on vacating their unit and that bonds are refunded in a timely manner.
- Maintenance of ledger by ensuring revenue is coded to correct accounts and business lines.
- External liaison with auditors, third party paying bodes, residents and family members.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly at accurately in accordance with company policy.
- Lead the process of researching outstanding accounts receivable issues and partner with other departments to resolve.
- Oversee the testing of new programmes, processes, and upgrades as necessary.
- Support management through analysis and special projects as assigned

**About you**:

- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- You will have a large ERP exposure, JDEdwards is advantageous but not mandatory.
- You are willing to follow processes and work diligently.
- You have experience in bank reconciliations and billing for multi sites and multiple payment options.
- Strong team player and can provide a high level of service and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with **a high level of attention to detail**:

- You have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel **(using formulas and pivot tables).**:
