**The Company**
A highly respected, growing not-for-profit based in the Western Suburbs are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer. You'll be joining an expanding team with plenty of opportunities to grow your experience. Starting on a 6-month contract to assist with work through a period of growth. This is a great role for someone who is looking to consolidate their Accounts Receivable experience alternatively the business would welcome an individual who is looking to start out a career in Accounts.
**The Role**
In this varied, business-facing role, you'll be processing end-to-end Accounts Receivable, assisting the wider finance team where needed.
Your duties will include although not be limited to the following:
- Generating and sending invoices to customers
- Tracking payments received from customers
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts
- Resolve disputes or discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
**About You**
You will have some experience in the Accounts Receivable process and be confident in completing bank reconciliations. You must be a confident communicator and have exceptional customer service skills. You’ll have excellent written & verbal communication skills and be able to excel in a team environment.
