An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the Lendlease ACT team.

The Role:
As the Regional Commercial Manager, you will manage and oversee a wide range of activities to deliver efficient construction site operations. You will be responsible for all commercial and contract aspects of the construction project and ensuring the management of site services in accordance with organisational standards, policies, and procedures. You will also train, mentor and coach staff and team members to develop internal expertise and to ensure that staff are adequately resourced to perform.
Your Background- Tertiary qualifications in a construction related discipline, combined with financial management experience.- An ability to provide expert knowledge across contract management, construction law and quantity surveying- An ability to train, mentor and develop junior staff- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to influence key stakeholders
