**Role Overview**

Vehicle Fleet Administrator & Co-Ordinator primary contact and liaison between our technical professionals like Mechanics, Service Providers and Customers across service, repairs, and maintenance of our vehicle fleet.

This role is responsible for assisting the efficiency and productivity of the team, providing excellent customer service and being the primary link between the customers, as well as the mechanical sales and business support teams.

**Key Duties**

Coordinate fleet vehicle and workshop repairs, services, and maintenance work.

Manage, maintain and execute all service, repair and maintenance records management promptly.

Assist with remote location support workshop management as required.

Create quotes and collaborate with long-standing valued clients on vehicle hire repairs and service management.

Coordinate delivery and pickup of fleet vehicles in an organised and efficient manner.

Manage purchase orders for vehicle parts and other stock items when required within the permitted authority.

Assist with monthly workshop stock take as directed.

Provide operational admin support and sales support.

Responsibility for upholding company values and standards relating to presentation and professional conduct.

**Competencies Required**
- Exceptional customer service - Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role and desired Fleet Vehicle Admin
- Minimum Current manual C Class Licence (HR Desirable)
- IT literate with Microsoft suite of services
- Enjoys planning and being highly organised and efficient
- Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload at short notice whilst providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism
- A peoples person who enjoys working with people and collaborating
- Passion for customer excellence.
