Growing medical practice requires casual medical receptionist for 1 to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities include:

- Arriving patients
- Phone duties
- General administration
- Scanning and filing
- Making patient bookings
- Patient billing and accounting
- Doctor and Nurse support
- Light cleaning duties

Applicants should be well presented and have prior experience in a medical clinic environment. They should be experienced in the BEST PRACTICE clinical software system and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based software.

We are a small but rapidly expanding practice and looking for a motivated person who can assist us with the growth of the clinic. Any applicant should be able to deal with the patient, doctor and nurse's needs and be friendly and outgoing. They should be experienced in Medicare and Workcover billing codes and be able to work with systems in place within an accredited medical practice.

Remuneration will be based on experience. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic and motivated team who all share the same ethos - the care and well-being of the patient.
