We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our modern and progressive practice. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised person to provide administration support for a very busy practice on a casual basis. Flexibility with hours is critical and must include the ability to work across all shifts which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings, during school holidays and any other leave coverage. You would be looking at 30 plus hours per week.

The duties include, but are not limited to: welcoming and assisting patients, effective and accurate booking of patients, invoicing, receipting and processing billings (private, Medicare, DVA), confidentiality and general administrative duties.

Our requirements:

- Previous medical reception experience
- Experience with Best Practice software
- High level of customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid19
