**Legal and Finance Administration Assistant**
Due to an internal promotion Legali Law and North Capital are offering a unique opportunity for someone interested in starting their administrative career in the legal and finance industries.
You will join a small busy team in a friendly and supportive environment, and you will be an integral member, providing executive level support within your role.
**The role on offer**
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- High level of involvement with key stakeholders and clients
- Taking detailed phone messages
- Monitoring a busy inbox
- General administration duties (mail, banking, maintaining stationary levels)
- Booking client meetings and preparing the boardroom daily
- Archiving files
**Skills that would make you successful in this role**
- A minimum of 1 year experience in administration, reception or customer service
- Ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to create and implement processes and procedures
