**$110,000 - $120,000 + Super**
**Monday - Friday, 8.5 Hour Days (Flexible)**
**Extensive Training & Handover Provided**

Our client is a market leading provider of civil and mining services based in Perth's Eastern suburbs. As their current People & Culture Advisor is moving overseas within the next 6 weeks, they are looking for someone that they can provide a thorough handover to over the coming weeks and can hit the ground running

**What will this role entail?**
- Ensuring compliance with legislative & company requirements and procedures.
- Assisting with EBA’s and reports.
- Drafting up and distributing employment offer letters and terminations.
- Implementing strategic initiatives.
- Liaising with different stakeholders on a daily basis.

**What are the requirements?**
- HR degree (or relevant) with experience within the mining industry.
- Previous generalist HR experience with proven record for change success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test (required for the role).
- Available within the next 1 - 4 weeks to commence for the handover.
