Vermont Aged Care is seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our reception and administration team. Our busy, family owned aged care home has been providing respite, permanent and palliative care to our residents for over 4 decades.
- Serving others - Heart for elders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Office management/clerical skills (including use of Microsoft suite)
- Self motivation and initiative
- Previous Reception/Admin experience is desired

Specific tasks include:

- Providing support to the Reception/Administration team
- Responsive customer service to key stakeholders
- Ensure resident and staff administration/documentation is maintained
- Creates an excellent 'first impression' of Vermont Aged Care
- Provide payroll and roster support to operations and finance teams

$25 - $30 per hour based on qualifications & experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vermont, VIC 3133: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
