**Description**:
About the role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of advertising, promotional activities and execution of integrated marketing plans, including Brand and budget management, media planning and buying, content marketing, agency management and online social media marketing. Key responsibilities include:

- Execution of corporate and consumer events
- Conceptualisation, implementation, and execution of all marketing campaigns
- Plan and execution all product launches and marketing campaigns
- Collaboration with multi-function teams and agencies
- Develop clear omnichannel marketing strategies, directions and objectives
- Understand individual market needs and tailor localised marketing plans and activities without compromising the brand's standard
- Develop strategic action plans and identify gaps in the communication channels and work to rectify problems
- Ability to build cross-function data/information to better understand the market's needs and use data to add value to action plans for all functions
- Brand Management inclusive of product launches, monthly campaigns, in-store displays and communications,
- Creation of social content for Facebook and Instagram
- Clear and regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- 6 years+ retail industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of business priorities and effectively build campaigns that drive results
- Solid all round Marketing experience (Print, digital, social, activations, sponsorships etc)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
