Digital Marketing Consultant (Mid-Level)

Digi We Do is a boutique digital marketing consultancy based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We help ambitious Australian brands grow through data-driven strategy, creative execution, and genuine partnership.

We're looking for a
Consultant
who can confidently manage client relationships and deliver measurable results across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
. You'll work directly with business owners and marketing managers, building campaigns, dashboards, and strategies that drive real growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage client accounts independently, acting as the main point of contact
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Supermetrics
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities and optimise performance
  • Use
    Google Search Console
    and other SEO tools to track organic visibility and improve rankings
  • Collaborate with our content and creative teams to align campaigns and messaging
  • Contribute to new proposals and business development opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices and campaign execution

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing
    Google Ads and Meta Ads
    accounts
  • Working knowledge of
    SEO and Google Search Console
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data clearly
  • Experience with GTM, tracking, and conversion setups
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM systems, and organic social management
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on results and client success
