The Retail Manager is responsible for organising and controlling the operations of the retail trading establishment. The role is also responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Branch productivity including sales and gross margins, expenses, workplace health and safety and the supervision of all Branch staff, whilst operating within set budgets and business plan guidelines

**How? By**:

- determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
- formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- promoting and advertising the companies’ goods and services
- selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
- maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- undertaking budgeting for the establishment
- controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

**To hit the ground running you'll need the following**:

- Relevant Trade/Technical/Business Qualifications.
- An in depth understanding of the markets in which the branch and business operates.
- Extensive experience and a commitment to exceptional cu Results/Solution orientation and focus.
- Strengths in value creation & innovation.
- Exceptional communicator both verbal and written
- Ability to influence others.
- Upholds organisational values customer service.

Pay: $47,975.12 - $92,464.06 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
