Anzuk is proud to be working with this beautiful and established service in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne

This service is focused on providing a supportive and fun environment for children to learn and grow in. They also strongly believe that the relationships between children and the educators is an integral part of creating a positive learning environment for children.

**The Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity to join a high quality service, well known for its commitment to the local community and keeping its main focus on building strong relationships with children and families and high levels of employee engagement.

As the Educational Leader you will responsible for developing and implementing high quality educational programs, as well as mentoring and coaching educators and teachers.

You will be working 3 days off the floor completing Educational Leader duties, and the other 2 days on the floor covering breaks.

You will also have previous experience in an Educational Leader capacity or higher and be confident when communicating with all levels of management.
- Bachelor of early childhood or ACEQCA equivalent
- Ideally a Fully Registered VIT
- Full working rights
