**THE ROLE**

Are you a final year undergraduate or post graduate university student studying:

- Social and youth work, health, psychology, community services and related disciplines
- Public policy, arts or Indigenous studies
- Business, economics, accounting, communications or law

As a Graduate Policy Officer, you will have the opportunity to support and assist the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (the department) to drive a pro-integrity culture across the department and its portfolio agencies. You will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to integrity policies and help drive change. You will support peers and stakeholders both within the Integrity Unit and across the department on integrity issues, contribute to policy projects and assist with the development of culturally safe policy and training materials. You will also support compliance with our key integrity policies through compliance activities and advice.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Provide project and policy support related to the Prevention, Compliance and Change team.
- With support from your peers, engage with various teams in DFFH to collect and analyse evidence and supporting materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and agencies and other departments, providing prompt advice, information and assistance with inquiries, requests and issues.
