**THE ROLE**

- Social and youth work, health, psychology, community services and related disciplines
- Public policy, arts or Indigenous studies
- Business, economics, accounting, communications or law

As a Graduate Project Officer, you will have the opportunity to support and assist coordination of a range of projects to support the Hume Merri-bek Area Director Child Protection. You will provide support to peers and stakeholders across government, coordinating requests from a range of stakeholders including ministerial offices and strategic governance bodies, maintaining liaison with other branches and providing clear written and verbal advice on area reporting and oversight requirements as they arise. You will also provide administrative support for the delivery of key outcomes-focused reporting, including the collection and analysis of data and evidence and assisting in report development.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Provide project and policy support related to the Multicultural Affairs Policy Unit.
- With support from your peers, engage with various teams in DFFH to collect and analyse evidence and supporting materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and agencies and other departments, providing prompt advice, information and assistance with inquiries, requests and issues.
