As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Marketing & Customer Service Associate to join our team and help lead our marketing operations with the potential to become a permanent part of the Koda family and grow with the business as it transitions into larger scale operations within the indoor plant and terrarium industry.

**Job Summary**
Koda Moss is foraging for an up and coming Marketing & Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will showcase our brand and connect with customers across the country. You'll blend creativity with strategy to enhance our market presence and ensure our customers always feel valued and informed.

The best part, our business leverages artificial intelligence and is very welcoming of the technology which will greatly help you in your role. We’ve developed a GPT specifically to assist the successful

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and execute marketing strategies tailored to our niche
- Draft and execute reels, TikToks, instagram posts, blog posts
- Engage with our audience through lively social media content
- Liaise with the fulfilment associate in order to keep stock updates on all channels up to date
- Liaise with the fulfilment associate in order to organise photos and videos of stock
- Maintain a voice and presence with our social media network
- Monitor and enhance SEO efforts, analysing campaign effectiveness
- Provide customer service through various channels
- Manage and update the content schedule for consistent and relevant outreach
- Conduct market and competitor research to keep us ahead of the curve
- Make and maintain key connections within the industry

**Our Preferences**:

- Demonstrated experience in marketing, especially within the Australian context
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at social media and digital marketing tools
- Independent and collaborative work style
- Enthusiasm for eco-friendly products and sustainable practices
- Prior experience or interest in the terrarium / indoor plant industry is a bonus
