Customer Service Officer

We are looking for some one that is energetic and fun to join our Afternoon office team.
This position is on our front desk, welcoming children and parents to our programs. Duties would include answering phone calls and enquiries, the collection of fees, marking attendance, and reconciling takings at the end of the day and some cleaning duties.
It is a busy position that requires the ability to multi task and be a friendly and welcoming face of our business. As the first point of contact for us the successful applicant would be well groomed, able to answer questions in a professional manner and able to problem solve if needed all while maintaining a smile and happy attitude. This position would be suited to a person who is mature and responsible as it involves customer contact and the ability to communicate and problem solve on a more experienced person

We are offering a casual / part-time position with hours from 2:30pm - 7:00 pm Monday to Friday although not all days need to be worked, we can roster shifts accordingly
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
**Salary**: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
