The Role _**

An opportunity has become available to join the Infinite team as an Administration Officer on a full-time basis to cover our Reception at our Chamberlain Gardens Aged Care Facility in Wyoming.

You will be working as part of a dynamic and efficient administration team that plays a front-line role in client service for our residents and families.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Full range of administration duties.
- You will play the vital role of being the first point of contact for anyone visiting the facility or making general telephone contact during admissions. It is essential that you greet all with a friendly and professional manner - the organisation is in constant pursuit of excellence in customer service.
- You will act as an ambassador for the Infinite business, responding to both internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
- You will be empowered to make key business decisions in the best interest of the organisation.
- You will offer a wide range of administrative support services to staff, including maintenance of staff’s personnel files and ensuring individual compliancy with legislative requirements.
- Maintain systems and process for all administrative functions of the facility, including ordering and receiving goods and services from external providers.
- Ensure the safe handling and storage of sensitive information within the facility that aligns with the organisation’s privacy and confidentiality obligations.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required, perform as a true office all-rounder.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi-task/ prioritise.
- Attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of the highest levels of customer service delivered in a compassionate manner.
- Strong time management skills.
- Work autonomously, as well as a member of the team.
- Strong leadership skills that promote accountability and integrity throughout the workforce.
- Previous administration experience in aged care would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office is desirable.
