Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and maintain a consistent and high-quality standard of customer service through means of leading by example in a hands on capacity
- Manage floor and bar staff to ensure a service delivery that caters to an exceptional experience
- Ensure the presentation of the venue is of the highest quality and standard
- Continual upskilling and training & development of our team

The Role:

- Overseeing Staff on shift
- Casual to Part-time and Possible Full-time Role
- Assisting Venue Manager with Rosters, Stock control and Staff Training.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Individual who can Be Responsible and drive our team.

Must have an RSA or Approved Managers Card

Must be Reliable and Honest

Must have a High standard in Hospitality

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $28.08 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)
