What we are looking for

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Supervisor to join us at our Baldivis store. We're offering 25–30 hours per week with shifts from 4:15pm - 9:15pm, Monday - Friday.

- Play a key role in improving our safety culture and results for the store

- Enjoy leading others

- Demonstrate resilience

To be successful in this role you’ll have

- A solid background in retail, ideally with demonstrated experience working in a supervisory/team leader role

- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

- Values that reflect a high level of commitment to ‘safety’, always thinking ‘customer’ and a belief in constantly motivating your team to ‘reach higher’ every day

- The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, and leaders
