**About The Role**:
CloudRock Partners is seeking expressions of interest for **Workday Consultants **to join our diverse and talented team. Our Workday practice is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Australian-based consultants that work alongside our customers and support them on their cloud journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Workday Partner and achieve Workday certification, whilst enhancing your career by working on global projects with prestigious multi-national customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead & support with design & customer requirement workshops and throughout the Workday implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confident in engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Good communicator and able to bridge the gap between client business requirements and Workday.
- High level of understanding of how Workday technology can be leveraged to maximise the customer cloud transformation.
- Confident in using and configuring Workday.
- Able to work in quick paced and dynamic environment.
- Support in building and developing the CloudRock team.
- Certified or highly experienced in one or more areas of Workday.
- Minimum of two Workday implementations.
- Will hold a degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study.
- Team player with a consultative approach.
- Have excellent oral & written communication skills, with a critical thinking mindset.
