TOM Executive are currently supporting one of Australia’s leading Financial Services organisations to appoint a new Reward Consultant to work within their Sydney office. This role has a global remit, reporting into the Global Reward team, supporting the wider HR team by offering reward data and benefit analysis and feeding into the reward structure.

Key Responsibilities,
- Support reward advice and reward projects including annual benefits review.
- Provide remuneration analysis through managing and reviewing data across the business.
- Support reward business partners with remuneration information and offer guidance on policy and review.
- Supporting with reward issues related to acquisition and integrations.
- Building relationships across the business to best understand reward landscape.
- Compiling information on competitor benefits and reward information to ensure the business stays ahead of the competition.

Requirements,
- Previous experience working with Remuneration and Benefits role.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work collaboratively across a global team.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential for this position.
- Experience within a Financial Services organisation would be a benefit.
