Responsibilities

You will work on global reward initiatives, partnering with internal clients to solve business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. Your expertise in analytics and project management will support the end-to-end remuneration review cycle, helping People and Culture, and business stakeholders make informed decisions. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver reward projects that align with business strategy, and contribute to initiatives that enhance our reward framework and employee experience.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in reward, human resources, or finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a global team

About Financial Management, People and Engagement

Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) provides a single interface for Macquarie’s businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications and financial management.
