What role will you play?

You will work on global reward initiatives, partnering with internal clients to solve business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. Your expertise in analytics and project management will support the end-to-end remuneration review cycle, helping People and Culture, and business stakeholders make informed decisions

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver reward projects that align with business strategy, and contribute to initiatives that enhance our reward framework and employee experience.

- Previous experience in reward, human resources, or finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
