- **_WA local or state agency experience in procurement, contracts or category functions._**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in procurement development and contract management, including policy, practice and direction within a government or similar environment.
- Strong commitment to providing highly responsive, customer focused procurement solutions to complex procurement issues across the WA health system in a timely and effective manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, liaise, consult and build effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels in both written and verbal forms.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and conceptual skills ensuring customer expectations are achieved and issues influencing the quality of procurement solutions are considered.
