Auctane Product Management is a collaborative set of teams that work across the Auctane business and technology organization to achieve a single shared goal - creating Products that are as exceptional as the Merchants that use them.

**About The Role**:
The ShipStation Product team is responsible for helping shape the future of ShipStation, the largest of the products in the Auctane portfolio. We advocate on behalf of our customer's problems to create a shared roadmap of planned future changes and work collaboratively with partners in Engineering and Design to bring these features to life.

As a Lead Product Manager at ShipStation, you will have collaborative input on the ShipStation product and business strategy and single-threaded responsibility for driving outcomes - owning your roadmap, defining requirements, and executing with a strong sense of urgency.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of Four (3) years experience working in Product Management in eCommerce / shipping & logistics or Five (4) years of experience working in Product Management in an unrelated field.
- Excellent communication skills: excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to inform or persuade in equal measure
- Proven ability to drive decision-making through user insights and quantitative analysis and in leveraging data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
- Prior experience in writing product requirements for complex software products across different customer segments
- Experience formulating hypotheses, designing, running, and analyzi
