Our Accelerating Business Growth (ABG) team has over 30 years' experience in assisting companies to innovate and grow their business in Australia and international markets. Our diverse and multidisciplinary team has broad experience in helping companies to access support through tax incentives, grants and other sources of funding, facilitating collaboration opportunities, and providing practical export trade and foreign investment advice. We assist our clients to develop an enhanced innovation and growth program that leverages government support.

With continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Manager to join our Accelerating Business Growth (ABG) team in Melbourne. This is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to grow your consulting and advisory career.

**Your Opportunity**

Joining KPMG's ABG practice as a Manager in our Melbourne Office you will assume a senior role in facilitating and helping to manage the team and a wide range of client engagements. Our team provides a broad range of services to support clients from start-ups to large multinationals.

You will help continue to grow our business through your involvement in the following:

- Manage delivery of client engagements and help identify new ways for them to accelerate their research, innovation, and commercialisation goals.
- Act as performance development manager to a growing team of consultants and help mentor them on their professional journey.
- Work with other KPMG professionals (in Australia and overseas) to assist our clients with related matters such as IP, structuring, finance and tax.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the local market.
- Manage complex projects and deliver client engagements on time and within budget.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally three (or more) years of practical experience with the R&D Tax Incentive program.
- Leadership skills and experience with or ambition to start leading a team.
- Engineering, Information technology, Science or related qualification; and/or Business, Commerce or Law related tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client and commercial relationships.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail with a history of exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoin)
