**Description**

There is a requirement for an experienced Project Controller to lead the scheduling team and provide scheduling support and oversight to FACSPO. Operating in the Canberra office, this role will report to Assistant Director Business & Governance FACSPO.

Will be required to develop and implement strategies and plans that maximise business improvements that will support the achievement of results and outcomes across FACSPO Projects.

These include but are not limited to:

- Provide oversight and leadership of the FACSPO scheduling team
- Develop and maintain schedules and reporting,
- Provide input and manage schedule assurance reviews with internal and external stakeholders,
- Provision of support and guidance to executives and
- Program schedule management and reporting financial activities.

**Deliverables**

Will be required to deliver against the following (but not limited) to:

- Act as POC for corporate level schedule compliance requests/issues for the SPO
- Schedule maintenance and reporting for the SPO
- Coordinate & act as SME to Project planning
- Technical schedule compliance with CASG/Air Domain requirements
- PPRIP reporting including schedule reports and attend Governance meeting, MRM scope and finance reporting
- Conducting rolling wave planning exercises with Project Managers
- Participate in AE/BE exercise and update finance data in OPP
- Progress Risk Treatment Plan (RTP) activities in schedule
- Attending Risk Workshops
- Development and management of WBS/Schedule for new projects
- Provide Induction training to new project team members
