As the **Digital Modelling Lead, **you will support our client, a key Defence agency, in guiding the strategic development and implementation of change management strategies for a critical program of work. This program aims to deliver tangible outcomes and drive meaningful change in redefining approaches within the capability lifecycle.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate current digital modelling capabilities and identify gaps for improvement.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the phased integration of digital modelling tools and processes.
- Ensure digital models are effectively integrated into engineering activities and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise modelling processes and enhance overall efficiency.Address technical challenges through strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support seamless integration.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Extensive experience in digital modelling and integration, with proficiency in using relevant tools and software.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Expertise in developing strategic roadmaps and phased integration plans for digital technologies.
- Experience in integrating digital models into engineering workflows and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges in digital modelling integration.
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital modelling tools are advantageous.You must have the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
