A core component of Australia's Health space, this Federal Government agency is key in accelerating the adoption and use of innovative digital services and technologies.
**Your new role**
As Digital Transformation Lead, you'll be providing strategic advice and technical input to support a Senior Adviser in the Agency develop a business case for possible future investment in the Commonwealth’s digital health infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic advice and technical input on digital health architecture options and solutions in response to evolving health policy priorities.
- Undertaking detailed scoping work including technical specifications, costs, delivery time frames and risks associated with potential new digital health infrastructure.
- Developing strategic supporting documents to quickly convey complex digital health concepts to policy owners and decision makers.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders - for example across the Australian Digital Health Agency, the Department of Health and Aged Care and the Digital Transformation Agency.
- As a senior member of the team, possess the ability to work independently with limited supervision, broadly under the direction of a Senior Adviser and other senior staff as required.
**What you'll need to succeed** (Selection Criteria)
- Experience in digital health ICT infrastructure design and delivery, along with awareness of Government policy processes.
- Experience in supporting business case development for investment purposes (in a public sector or private sector context).
**What you'll get in return**
- $150-175/hr inclusive of superannuation (depending on experience).
- A Woden based office.
- A 12-Month Contract + 2 x 6 Month possible extensions
