**Job Description**:
Quality Leader/Analyst in a cross functional team working in the banking and financial sector. Required for both strategic and operational work essential to the successful running of Corporate Systems platforms and strategic delivery. Including a greenfield Salesforce implementation with all the bells and whistles.

Job Qualifications:

- ISTQB certified test professional
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in building and leading Quality teams to successful delivery.
- Capable of leading test teams across concurrent projects
- Experiences in multiple phases of testing including Functional, System, Integration, Regression and Acceptance testing.
- Proven ability to help build a quality culture by introducing best practices
- Significant experience working in an agile, lean environment involving practices such as continuous integration, Infrastructure as code.
- Experience in creating test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium Webdriver, WebdriverIO, Cypress etc
- Demonstrated skills in creating and maintaining Performance testing suites using tools such as Gatling, JMeter, k6 etc.
- Experience of practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, GCP
- Experience using Git for version control including reviewing pull requests
- Experience in developing a test strategy and getting one implemented in the team
- Understanding of white box testing
- Strong business acumen in Finance & Data (Data Analysis and Curiosity/Critical thinking).
- Experience with a CRM rollout, particularly Salesforce, desirable.
- Strong team player who can work autonomously with a customer service focus.
