**Job description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

As an ICT Support Technician, your main tasks are, but not limited to:

- Make system adjustments to better align with the needs of end users, including both internal teams and external clients.
- Perform regular inspections of network infrastructures and troubleshoot system issues or failures.
- Configure software and systems in accordance with network requirements and technical specifications.
- Provide technical assistance and support through help desk services, addressing user issues and inquiries.

**Skills Required**:

- Data Analysis skills.
- Cloud computing.
- Cybersecurity skills.
- Virtualization skills.
- Ability to install, uninstall, maintain and fix software and programs.
- Database management.
- Operational systems knowledge.
- ICT numeracy skills.
- Knowledge in web development.

**Education and Previous Experience Required**
- Tertiary Education in Information Technology or co-related certification is required.
- At least 2 years of experience as an ICT Support Technician or co-related role.

**Working Arrangements**

& permanent.
- Weekly working hours: 38 per week.
- Schedule: From Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Salary: $77,000 per year plus superannuation.

Pay: $77,000.00 per year
