**Customer Service**:
Assist customers with booking services, providing accurate information about company offerings.
**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
Prepare and manage consignment notes (connotes) accurately and efficiently.
Arrange and organize Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
**Driver Coordination**:
Take and document notes from drivers regarding deliveries, pickups, and other transportation activities.
Act as a liaison between drivers and the office to ensure smooth operations.
**Administrative Support**:
Assist with day-to-day office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Support operational needs to enhance efficiency and service quality.
**Other Duties**:
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and address customer needs.
Handle any other duties assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
Prior experience in customer service, administration, or the transportation industry is preferred but not required.
**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
**Availability**:
Must be available to work a minimum of 2 days per week, with the potential to increase to 5 days.
