**About The Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly talented, energetic and disciplined lender to join our team as a full-time office based Mortgage Broker in our Melbourne office, recommending various lender and home loan products to customers from a panel of over 40 lenders.

We’re proud to boast one of the largest lender panels in the industry, actively seeking to engage with innovative digital lender partners who offer unique product and service propositions for our members.

You will receive fully pre-qualified leads (no need to hunt your business), including completed fact find, serviceability and core customer objectives. Your role is to find the best possible solution for each referral.

You’ll become well versed in our MemberFirst process flow which optimises productivity and simplifies the lending process for our members.

**Salary base circa $75k plus super + uncapped commissions (paid monthly) = OTE $150K plus**

With a strong lending background and extensive experience in the home loan finance industry (minimum 2 years), you will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage high volumes, deliver to KPI expectations and provide a customer experience that your client's can't help but rave about

**You will also have**:

- Amazing verbal and written communication skills, including a firm grasp of the English language
- A firm understanding of the lending and compliance framework
- Previous mortgage broking experience with MFAA Membership or previous Retail Lending experience
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Retail Banking equivalent
- The ability to structure complex scenarios for a range of clients including commercial properties, property developers, individuals etc
- Flexible in your approach to working hours - our customers are our absolute priority, and this may mean extended or varied hours of work from time to time... we do what it takes to achieve our customers desired outcome
- A vibrant, fun and energetic personality is a must
