- **Structural Steel Riggers**:

- **Structural Steel Supervisors**:

- **Crane Operators** (for erecting structural steel)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Structural Steel Riggers:_
- Assemble and install structural steel components according to project specifications.
- Operate EWPs up to 14m, and up to 40m on high bay, multi-level warehouses.
- Execute rigging and lifting operations safely, efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Structural Steel Supervisors:_
- Oversee rigging and steel erection operations on-site.
- Read and interpret plans accurately.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, safety audits and provide training to team members.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams on lifting procedures.
- Crane Operators:_
- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position structural steel components.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on crane equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations during lifting operations.
- Work closely with riggers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist rigging crews on-site with day-to-day tasks.
- Work well within a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- _Riggers:_ Relevant high-risk work licenses (minimum RB, DG, WP); experience in structural steel rigging; positive attitude; punctuality; and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- _Supervisors:_ Proven experience in supervising steel erection; strong leadership skills; relevant high-risk work licenses (minimum RB, DG, WP); positive attitude; punctuality; and ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
- _Crane Operators:_ Valid crane operator ticket and drivers licence; experience operating cranes for structural steel projects; good understanding of safety practices; positive attitude; punctuality; and willingness to assist riggers and supervisors with daily tasks on-site.
