You will be required to undertake multi skilled activities in all aspects of ship repair. You will also be responsible for the below:* Undertake rigging work inboard of vessel, Light & Heavy Engineering.* Undertake rigging work external of vessel, Light & Heavy Engineering.* Undertake rigging work Light & Heavy Engineering within a Workshop Environment.* Capable of undertake rigging equipment inspections for fit for use.* Capable of undertake rigging but not limited to Awkward Shaped Loads & Heavy Lifts, (Bow-Thruster’s, Propellers, Propeller Blades & Propeller Shafts and Rudders etc)* Capable of Mentoring others, including Mentoring Labour Hire workforce.* Work with Forklifts, EWP's, WAH, Mobile & Portal Cranes as a Dogman / Rigger**Your Skills:*** Must be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance (Baseline) and/or if candidate may need to be ITARS cleared; ITARS requirements, Australian Citizen* Occasional interstate travel may be required.* Overseas travel May be required* Drivers License – Class C* Undertake training as directed and/or for compliance purposes**WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY**After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
