As Head of Resolution Queensland, you will play a critical strategic role across Resolution's full scope of digital services and client / partner relationships to create new business and growth for the business.
As the most experienced member of Resolution Brisbane, you will also be expected to lead and mentor the RESO Brisbane team. You will play a role in hiring excellent talent who will need to be engaged and be a key driver in embedding the RESO Culture and values.
In this role you will be responsible for the Brisbane strategy and planning across all Resolution's products to drive revenue reporting directly to the CEO.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Creating and delivering Resolution Brisbane Strategy and Revenue against Plan
- Achieving new business targets through opportunities both within the OMG group and beyond, leading integrated pitches covering all Resolution service areas
- Providing current clients with consultative solutions from a suite of capabilities in Resolution and managing the growth of current clients
- Responsible for the continued growth of Resolution Digital's direct client base
- Implementing and executing a sales and marketing strategy for the Queensland market
- Managing a team of 20 digital experts.

**Your Expertise**:

- 8+ years' experience in Digital Marketing both agency and client side
- 4+ years' experience in leading and creating high performing teams
- Hands on capability and strong knowledge across digital services:

- Proven experience building and managing a large enterprise portfolio successfully
- Proven experience achieving commercial targets and results & success in selling/pitching of new business.
